Hey folks, a lot of stuff happened! Let us begin with a rough overview of things I did.

Mechanical design:
I mostly completed the main parts of the case; the CORE of the Neutron Star is looking better and better, though it is getting an update, because the timeline in FUSION went way too long and I could save some panels. The PSU-BOX aka foot aka the stand now has big segments in between that should hold the whole weight of the case.

The CORE has now its own part collection, containing the side-, front-, top- and bottom panels. I created a lot of small parts for the CORE. I added some screws to round things up.

Things that need to be done are the IO-shield for the mainboard / graphic card combo, the graphic card water cooler, and the water traces inside the AIOP. But as long the prices for graphics cards are this high, I cannot really work on these.
Hardware:
PCBs! I froze the feature list and completed the task to create the first prototype collection of PCBs, and there are a LOT: The CORE-PCB, one for the power button / LEDs, a PCB for the front panel where the cooling setup can be changed, a fan connector, lightning, fill level measurement and a PCB for signal distribution inside the AIOP. So far none of the PCBs are populated so I do not really know if they work and still need a good solution for my soldering process. At least I got about 95% of the needed parts.

Software:
I started the software development as well. So far there is a list of all software modules and ideas how to implement them. – the list Is long – I created a task scheduler that shall handle all the tasks running in background. Sorry for the German list, its meant for internal purposes 😀

Well, the next topics will be: creating the first software modules and test them, finalize the parts of the CORE, and somehow populate the first PCBs and test them.
Okay, this is it for now. I will come back soon with another update.
